Jeanne Upon Us. The river is rising and the streets are deserted. We prepared the church for the storm last night. We put a trash can under a drip coming from a light fixture in the church last night and found 6 inches of water in it this morning. 50 mile an hour winds coming. Power just went out and battery alarms sounding. More later.
