Here is Leann under a Breadfruit tree with Sarah and Kristin. Captain Blight went to Tahiti to bring these to the Caribbean. Tina makes a scalloped potato recipe using breadfruit. Yum! Later that day we stopped at a restaurant and had fried bananas and Calamari (squid) rings! Life can be quite an adventure on the mission field!
